This includes up to one hour of form configuration and modification.
(Basically your login is modified for your exact needs).  Almost any changes can be made to the default form. 
Page logo, colours, fonts and the form can be changed. Additional time is charged at $45.00 per hour.


SIX MONTHLY ACCESS FEE        $35.00


PREPAID SMS
SMS messages are prepaid and bought in blocks.  The prepaid messages do
not expire, however you must still pay the monthly access fees.

300 Messages        $110

1000 Messages        $330

Larger volumes available on request.
